Portland Health and Wellness Fair - April 17th

EveryBodies Health is collaborating with The National Personal Training Institute of Portland and Barbara's Table to host the Portland Health and Wellness Fair.

Location: The Village on 1440 NW Overton Ave, Portland, OR 97209.

Date/Time: April 17th 10:00 am - 1:30 pm

10:00 am -10:50 am: EveryBodies Health host, Arik Wiest MS, discusses the nutritional and physical interconnections required in helping you raise your health levels, fight off disease and illness, and reach your physical goals.

11:00 am - 11:50 am: BarbarasTable's, Barbara Robitaille, discusses the importance of a strong, internal webbing. Learn tools that will help you reconnect and gain self-gratitude. Develop stress coping mechanisms needed for a healthy you.

12:00 pm-1:30 pm: The National Personal Training Institute of Portland will provide a cost-included, breakout session encompassing:

· Nutritional and fitness advice

· Fitness assessments

· Postural and movement analysis
