Show 2: Find external support and your healthier body will follow

Last show we had Mind, Body, and Soul coach Barbara Robitaille help us develop the internal support mechanisms needed before we can even begin carving our path to a healthier body. This week we take it one step farther with a guest panel of community health leaders. Gabriella Mason joins us from the Over 45 & Into Fitness meetup group. We have an awesome guest joining us on the show tomorrow: Mind, body, and soul coach Barbara Robitaille.
